THE FINCIBEC PODCAST FOR DESIGNERS AND VISUAL ARTS PROFESSIONALS.
The worlds of design and architecture are gaining a valuable new addition: Primi Passi, a collaborative project involving journalist Amedeo Faino, architect Anna Chiara Bertolazzi, the Fincibec Group, and Sassuolo-based web agency YF Studio. Through a series of interviews and personal stories, Primi Passi gives a platform to young professionals and emerging talents in architecture, design, and the creative industries, highlighting original approaches and solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
As part of the initiative, seven interviews were recorded with professionals across architecture, design, planning, artisan work, and creative fields. The conversations were held in the Fincibec showroom, which became a space for dialogue and inspiration. Special attention was also given to the Campus, a training and cultural hub championed by the Borelli family and Fincibec. It is designed to be a place where knowledge and creativity come together to open up new possibilities for the ceramics sector and beyond.
Laura Provasi
An architect from Carpi with international experience and co-founder of atelierXS. Her work blends architecture and interior design with a focus on promoting women in design.
Alex Olari
With a background in Civil Architecture and Urban Design, he brings together Italy’s architectural heritage and local techniques to create projects that balance tradition and innovation.
Francesco Gasperini
An architect with strong academic and professional credentials. His studio is known for formal experimentation and an unconventional approach to materials.
Elena Ozzimo
An interior designer from Turin who transforms residential needs into cohesive and harmonious spaces. She follows every stage of the process in detail, working closely with skilled artisans and technicians.
Andrea Malagoli
An engineer from Modena and production manager in a long-established metalworking company. He has developed a sustainable design line by creatively repurposing industrial materials.
Giorgio Notari
An architect and digital artist with experience across Italy, South Tyrol, and Switzerland. His work explores new perspectives and cultural intersections.
Jacqueline Lentini
An experimental photographer who investigates visual perception through images that challenge reality and memory, using water as a central role in her compositions.
